In-line stunning configured around birds, shackles and local rules
The SIMPLOT water-bath poultry stunner is installed along an overhead shackle conveyor before bleeding. The bird head contacts the electrified bath while the control system provides the selected electrical waveform.
Bath elevation, entry guides, contact time and electrical settings must be commissioned for the bird species, live weight, line speed and applicable animal-welfare rules. The published ranges are planning references, not universal operating settings.
