PRODUCT OVERVIEW & WORKING PRINCIPLE
Counter-rotating peeling rollers for poultry gizzards
The SIMPLOT automatic poultry gizzard peeler uses a pair of counter-rotating micro-grooved rollers to remove the tough inner yellow lining from opened chicken or duck gizzards. A water spray lubricates the working area and helps carry loosened residues away.
Planning output is approximately 1,000–2,500 pieces per hour. Feed arrangement, roller pattern, motor and water connection can be customized around gizzard size and operator workflow.
