PRODUCT OVERVIEW & WORKING PRINCIPLE
Continuous cooling and washing for poultry by-products
The SIMPLOT offal and by-product screw chiller moves poultry feet, wings, gizzards and other small products through chilled water with a perforated spiral. The open perforations allow water movement and help separate loose residues during conveying.
Planning capacity is approximately 500–2,000 kg per hour. Diameter, length, drive power, discharge arrangement and residence time can be customized around the product size, inlet temperature and cooling target.
