PRODUCT OVERVIEW & WORKING PRINCIPLE

Vacuum-assisted removal of poultry lungs and cavity residues

The SIMPLOT poultry lung vacuum extraction machine uses negative pressure to remove lungs and residual viscera from poultry body cavities after evisceration. The documented system combines a liquid-ring vacuum pump, mobile frame, separator tank and two suction handpieces.

The separator tank helps protect the vacuum system from entrained liquid and residues. Final hose length, gun quantity and pump capacity are selected around the operator stations and required line output.

Planning capacity is approximately 600–1,200 birds per hour. Power, vacuum level, station quantity and dimensions can be customized after reviewing the processing layout.
