The SIMPLOT electric steam generator provides steam for poultry scalding equipment and selected sanitation duties where the site electrical supply is suitable. Automatic water feed and control interlocks manage the documented operating sequence.
Planning outputs range from approximately 100 to 500 kg of steam per hour, with reference heating powers from 72 to 360 kW. Final output, pressure, electrical load, water treatment and regulatory classification must be confirmed for the destination site.
The selected generator must match simultaneous steam demand, available electrical capacity, feed-water quality and destination pressure-equipment rules.
