PRODUCT OVERVIEW & WORKING PRINCIPLE

Coordinate scalding and plucking in one compact workflow

This automatic poultry scalding and plucking unit combines timed bleeding, controlled scalding, automatic transfer and mechanical plucking in a compact arrangement. It is intended for processors that need higher consistency and lower manual transfer than separate batch machines.

The documented equipment uses a controlled conveying or compartment arrangement through the scalding section before discharging birds to the seven-shaft plucking section. Heating can be supplied by an LPG-fired or electric steam generator.

Planning output is approximately 300–450 chickens per hour. Final cycle times, heating capacity and output are confirmed after reviewing bird weight, feather condition, utility supply and the required finished-product quality.

01Load and BleedBirds enter the unit and drain for the selected timed period.
02Controlled ScaldingBirds move through heated water while the blower agitates the bath.
03Timed TransferThe control system releases the batch to the plucking section.
04Pluck and DischargeSeven plucking shafts remove feathers before discharge.

KEY FEATURES

Timed transfer between bleeding, scalding and plucking

Cycle timing, heating capacity and plucking configuration are commissioned together around the actual bird profile and required finished-product quality.

01

Integrated Workflow

Coordinates bleeding, scalding, transfer and plucking in one equipment set.

02

Planning Output

Available configurations target approximately 300–450 chickens per hour.

03

Timer-based Transfer

Separate settings manage scalding, plucking and discharge timing.

04

Heating Choice

LPG-fired or electric steam-generation options can be selected.

05

Seven-shaft Plucker

The documented plucking section uses seven shafts with rubber fingers.

06

Custom Utilities

Voltage, heating and service connections are confirmed for the destination site.
