Dual-Heating Poultry Scalding Tank
A compact batch poultry scalder with electric and gas heating, a motor-driven turning shaft and a planning output of up to approximately 300 chickens per hour.
Explore EquipmentAn air-agitated boat-bottom poultry scalder with a planning capacity of approximately 500–1,500 birds per hour, configurable for steam or electric heating.

* Planning, rated and reference values vary by product, configuration and operating conditions. Final data is confirmed in the technical proposal.

The SIMPLOT boat-type poultry scalding tank uses a rounded trough and distributed air agitation to move heated water around the birds. The curved bottom reduces stagnant corners and supports drainage and routine cleaning compared with a flat-bottom batch tank.
An external blower supplies air through a manifold and heat-resistant distribution hoses. The resulting bubbles move the water and help expose the feather layer without relying on a mechanical turning shaft inside the tank.
Planning configurations cover approximately 500–1,500 birds per hour. Tank length, heating method, blower power and material scope can be customized around the poultry type, batch workflow and available utilities.

Working length, heat source, blower capacity and batch workflow are configured together around poultry type and target output.
Helps reduce stagnant areas and sediment accumulation.
Uses external blower air instead of a rotating internal shaft.
Multiple hoses distribute air along the working length.
Steam or electric heating can be selected for the project.
Tank length and capacity can be adjusted to the production target.
Values are reference information. Final specifications depend on capacity, product conditions and the approved project layout.
