Controlled portioning of bone-in meat and frozen products
The QR-350 industrial bone saw is designed for controlled manual portioning of bone-in meat, frozen meat blocks and similar food products. A vertical band-saw blade passes through the stainless-steel worktable, while the product guide helps position the required cut.
Blade tension, product support and operator technique directly affect cut quality and safety. The machine must be operated with the supplied guard, pusher and local safety procedures. It is not an unattended automatic cutter.
