The SIMPLOT automatic poultry head cutter uses parallel guide rails to direct and extend the neck as the bird travels on the overhead conveyor. The cutting assembly separates the head at the commissioned position, while a lower chute guides the removed product away.
Planning configurations cover approximately 1,000–5,000 birds per hour. Guide spacing, cutting position, frame height, guards and electrical supply can be customized around the line and bird profile.

Guide position, cutting height, blade guarding and discharge are commissioned together for the bird profile and existing overhead line.
Operates without unloading birds from the shackles.
Guide the neck toward the cutting point.
Setup is matched to bird size and required result.
Directs removed heads to collection.
Elevation, pitch, direction and guards are project-specific.
Values are reference information. Final specifications depend on capacity, product conditions and the approved project layout.
