PRODUCT OVERVIEW & WORKING PRINCIPLE
Indexed belt vacuum packaging for continuous production
The SIMPLOT continuous belt vacuum packaging machine indexes loaded bags into the chamber, completes vacuum and sealing, and then advances the finished packs for discharge. It reduces repeated manual chamber unloading in higher-volume operations.
The working bed can be inclined for products containing liquid. Seal length, belt pitch, chamber depth, vacuum pump and electrical standard can be customized for the selected pack.
