PRODUCT OVERVIEW & WORKING PRINCIPLE
Servo-controlled flow wrapping for tray-packed poultry
The SIMPLOT horizontal flow wrapper forms film around tray-packed poultry, whole birds or meat portions and creates longitudinal and end seals during continuous conveying. Servo control coordinates bag length and sealing position.
Planning speed is approximately 40–120 packs per minute. Actual output depends on product spacing, dimensions, film and sealing temperature. Infeed length, film width, gas-flush option and electrical configuration can be customized.
