PRODUCT OVERVIEW & WORKING PRINCIPLE
Dynamic weighing and multi-grade sorting for poultry products
The SIMPLOT dynamic weight sorter weighs whole poultry or portioned products while they move through the conveyor. The control system compares each measurement with the selected recipe and directs the item to the corresponding grade outlet.
Planning configurations cover approximately 100–5,000 g and 6,000–9,000 pieces per hour. Grade quantity, conveyor length, rejection method, data interface and product-contact arrangement can be customized after sample testing and layout review.
