PRODUCT OVERVIEW & WORKING PRINCIPLE

Fine-feather removal for quail, pigeon and small poultry

The SIMPLOT 22-axis horizontal plucker is configured for quail, pigeon, young chicken and other small poultry. Closely arranged flexible rubber fingers contact small carcasses while the shaft spacing is set to reduce the risk of trapping or bruising.

The documented layout uses 10 upper and 12 lower shafts. Bird size, scalding result, finger hardness and working clearance must be considered together during equipment selection.

Planning capacity is approximately 800–1,500 birds per hour. Final output, dimensions, voltage and material scope can be customized after confirming the actual product and factory conditions.
