PRODUCT OVERVIEW & WORKING PRINCIPLE

A practical three-machine package for compact poultry processing

The SIMPLOT semi-automatic poultry processing trio combines three core operations in a compact workflow: cone bleeding, batch scalding and horizontal plucking. It is intended for farms, butcher operations and small processing plants that need more consistency than separate manual tools without installing a full overhead line.

The reference package includes a 21-hole bleeding table, a 120 cm agitated scalding tank and a 7-axis horizontal poultry plucker. Approximately two to three operators can coordinate loading, transfer and discharge, depending on bird size and the local working method.

The planning output is approximately 200–350 birds per hour. Heating source, electrical standard, table capacity, tank size and plucker configuration can be adjusted after reviewing the required production target.

01BleedingBirds are placed in the cone table for controlled blood collection.
02Batch ScaldingPrepared birds are turned through heated water in the agitated tank.
03Manual TransferOperators transfer each batch to the horizontal plucker.
04Plucking & CollectionThe plucker removes feathers and discharges the birds for the next operation.

KEY FEATURES

Three coordinated stages for compact poultry processing

The bleeding table, batch scalder and horizontal plucker are selected as one workflow around bird size, heating recovery, staffing and target output.

01

Three Core Operations

Combines bleeding, scalding and plucking in one planned package.

02

Compact Footprint

Suitable for operations that do not require a complete overhead conveyor.

03

Flexible Heating

The scalding tank can be configured around available electric, gas or steam utilities.

04

Adjustable Package

Cone quantity, tank size and plucker configuration can be changed for the project.

05

Straightforward Operation

A small team can coordinate the batch workflow after training.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you request a proposal.

These answers cover common selection questions. Contact us for a review based on your actual project conditions.

It is a planning value. Final output depends on bird size, batch loading, heating recovery, transfer time and operator workflow.

Yes. The cone table, scalder and plucker can be selected separately around the required capacity.

A waterfowl package may need a larger tank, different dwell time and a reinforced plucker. Confirm bird weight and feather condition first.

The reference 5.2 kW excludes electric heating elements. Final connected load is supplied with the approved configuration.
