The QR-400 combines two cutter assemblies in one stainless-steel machine. With both cutter sets installed it can process boneless fresh meat into strips. Removing one cutter group allows slice production. The inclined chute directs finished product to a collection container.
The machine is intended for elastic boneless foods such as fresh meat and selected firm vegetables. Product temperature, fiber structure and cutter spacing must be checked to achieve the required finish.

Configure the machine for slices or strips and select the cutter spacing for the target product.
Use one group for slicing or two-stage cutting for strips.
The source material states SUS304 construction.
Includes emergency stop and a safety-control switch.
Supports cleaning and format change.
Designed to limit unnecessary damage to product fibers.
Casters and an inclined discharge chute support practical handling.
Values are reference information. Final specifications depend on capacity, product conditions and the approved project layout.
